Like all humans, I am multifaceted, with differing strengths and weaknesses. To focus on the strengths; I am a people person. Writing is communicating with people via the written word. But face-to-face interactions have always been my favourite, particularly with teaching and service provision.
Having the opportunity to educate and assist your children (and by extension, you) ties in nicely with my freelance work while being infinitely more rewarding.
Caring for your children is not mere entertainment for me, of course. It is a profession of mine and as such is backed by relevant experience with:
- Babysitting: from 10 months olds to teenagers
- Private tuition: all primary school subjects, humanities high school subjects
- English teaching: in school and private environments
To give you a bit of background about me:
- Native English speaker
- TESOL certified
- Dual Australian/Portuguese citizen
- Twenty-five years old, single, non-smoker
- Spiritually principled
- Have learned various levels of Japanese, Spanish, Nepali and now French
- Well-educated, -read and -travelled
