Communication is the transmission of information. Easy enough, right?
But first thing’s first: we must understand ourselves well enough to articulate the message we’re striving to send. Struggling to be aware of our own emotions, needs, desires and character is the precursor to miscommunication.
Developing self-awareness is the cornerstone of communicating with concision, confidence and clarity.

We live in a rapidly changing world that will need our educators to be faster than ever before in understanding the needs of their students. As a person that tried to “follow the system”, I am quite disappointed in the “systems” general failure to stay relevant and manage the new developments. So it does raise the question of why governments try to control people who by their very nature are uncontrollable? The more rules we have the more ways people will try to find the “loop holes” to avoid them. That makes the arguements for less laws and more “principles or guidelines”, that allows greater flexibility and the general desire to influence positive behaviours out of “love for each other”. Of course, laws against physical crimes will always be needed, but trying to make so many laws for non-physical matters does not help mankind develop a more caring nature and mature. Only with bad experiences (and mistakes) will some learn what is good and it forms part of our evolution.
